1. New project Premiere - Save to folder
2. File > New Sequence - 1080p resolution, set frame rate to 23.97fps
3. Import media - your video
4. Drag video into timeline and Keep Existing Settings
5. Edit to 2 sec (24 frames) - razor tool to cut
6. Effects > Video > Time Code Burn - drag on to clip in timeline
   1. Effect Controls - set Metadata > Clip, Format > Frames
   2. Move to corner using Position- for reference with drawing
7. Export > jpg format to a folder
